The combine are a menace in the wasteland. friends to none, and enemies to all. most people want to kill them for their rarely-dropped weapon, the (INSERT PULSE GUN LINK HERE).
They usually spawn in packs of 5, with a rate of (COMBINE RATE) Only one combine will spawn with a pulse rifle.
